The staff is very efficient and always there to assist you. the hotel boasts a great location, just a quick stroll from a Roman Catholic church, and it is situated in a touristy area with beautiful city views.

Everything was excellent - central location and terrific service. The room was recently refurbished and generous sized when upgraded with Free wi-fi, bathroom and minibar. The staff from start to finish were efficient and helpful. Location: the hotel was close to the annual French national street music festival-amazing variety, and town centre restaurants. After long day I visited La Coupole for a couple of drinks.

New-fashioned king room, very clean beds. Quaint hotel in Chalon-sur-Saone, particularly good location just a walking distance from Maisons.

This place was conveniently located near Louhans Market and in a touristy area with restaurants, the river, a church, and the city center all within reach.

Friendly staff - no problem even arriving very late.

The hotel was clean and everyone was very welcoming. the food was excellent, with a variety of dishes on the menu. - the location was great, not too far away from a Roman Catholic church. - the hotel was set in a touristy area.

Effecient staff, clean rooms and excellent value for money.

Last minute change from a double and a triple to a double and 2 twin rooms. Not what I wanted but c'est la vie.

Risk of a lot of noise on the bottom floor - could here everything going on outside and in the hall... Luckily we didn't get too many distractions

the location was perfect, situated in the town centre and surrounded by trees on an island between two roads. We easily walked to the tourist areas. Our room was spacious, well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options and great service. the vaulted cellar where breakfast is served was breathtaking and added to our delightful experience. Parking was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The corridors were slightly cluttered with laundry cages.

It was convenient for our purposes. Staff were friendly, room had aircon. Reasonable bed and white sheets. OK for the money.

Common parts were shabby and depressing. No lift. Bath, but no proper shower.

It was a great location right in the centre, the rooms were very clean and modern

The corridor areas in the part that we were staying were dark and gloomy but that is a minor issue compaired to the good features

Comfortable beds, clean and new rooms, safe parking, friendly and helpful staff, secure place for bicycles.

We loved how close this hotel was to the city center and all the great restaurants in the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently located between two roads under a beautiful canopy of trees.

The price was affordable and the room had a decent size. , the bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. The location was convenient for my business trip because it was close to the main road and the city center, so I could easily move around. the staff was friendly and polite.

The bathroom was not very clean and some of the amenities were missing. , the parking was limited and not very secure, which made me worry about the safety of my car.
